Job summary

Legends Global, the premier partner to the world's greatest live events, seeks an Executive Chef at The Oncenter in Syracuse, NY. You will lead culinary operations for high-volume events, developing seasonal menus and maintaining top-tier quality across production.

The role requires 8+ years of culinary leadership in large facilities, strong HACCP compliance, and a commitment to guest experiences. This on-site position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Must have High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum eight (8) years of culinary experience in high volume facility producing meals for large events.
Previous leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Research and develop menu items using seasonal ingredients to support restaurant and concession business.
Inspect recipe compliance and quality control throughout production.
Create the production schedule to meet business demands.
Manage department budget to meet labor and cost targets.
Hire and train kitchen and stewarding staff and ensure Serve Safe compliance.
Maintain health department standards and sanitation HACCP.
