You will lead menu planning, supervise staff, and maintain quality in a high-volume setting, aligned with corporate programs and standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong computer skills, and a focus on safety and consistent food quality.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts.
• 3–5 years of progressive kitchen management in high-volume operations.
• Experience with institutional and batch cooking.
• Hands-on chef with strong leadership.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email/Internet.
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
• Manages inventory to assure product availability and cost controls.
