Morrison Living, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead daily culinary production, menu development, and staff management in a high-volume setting. You will oversee food quality, safety, and cost controls while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staff training, and collaboration with clients to craft seasonal menus and optimize dining experiences across communities.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, complex foodservice operations preferred.
• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality and cost controls.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• ServSafe certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely purchasing within budget.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation regulations.
• Lead team meetings and set performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, portioning, and presentation.
