Job summary

Morrison Living is hiring an Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance with corporate programs. This role leads menu development, staff training, and high-volume food production in a hospitality-focused environment.

The Executive Chef will manage budgeting, food and labor costs, and collaborate with resident and client teams to drive satisfaction and financial performance. Strong leadership and hands-on cooking are required.

Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience is a plus.
• Hands-on chef experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Train kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintain inventory of food and non-food supplies per guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations.
