Qualifications

• Hands-on chef experience required.
• Strong knowledge of food trends, production, sanitation, and food cost controls.
• Proficient with MS Office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes and ensures quality through tasting.
• Trains kitchen staff on food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
