True Food Kitchen is seeking a dynamic restaurant leader to partner with FOH & BOH leadership, drive sales and profitability, and oversee a high-volume service environment. The role requires hands-on kitchen leadership, strong hiring, training, and performance management capabilities, and a commitment to guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of management at high-volume restaurants, excels in budgeting and forecasting, and inspires teams through coaching and accountability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Proven ability to coach and mentor leaders and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with FOH & BOH leadership to maximize sales and profitability.
• Lead high-volume service from the floor or expo.
• Conduct line checks and facility walks to ensure quality and compliance.
• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of teams.
• Provide hands-on leadership in the kitchen to ensure excellence across stations.
• Coach and mentor managers and key hourly team members.
