Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager to lead culinary operations in a high-volume scratch kitchen. This hands-on leadership role offers strong ownership support and room to grow within an established brand.

You will manage P&L, labor, food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships while partnering with FOH leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Must be ServSafe certified and available nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of senior BOH leadership in high-volume, full-service restaurants.
• Proven track record managing P&L, labor, food costs, and inventory.
• ServSafe certified and available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment with hands-on involvement.
• Partner with FOH leadership to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Build a high-performance team culture rooted in discipline and respect.
• Maintain recipe adherence, portion control, and plating standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure accurate ordering and inventory control.
