Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Hands-on chef with strong food safety and sanitation knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety and equipment operation.
• Maintains cleaning schedules and inventory to stay within guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with health regulations and safety policies.
• Oversees production and quality of meals for corporate dining.
