Lucky Strike Entertainment in Cupertino seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations across high-volume events and daily kitchen services. You will train Kitchen Managers and BOH teams, ensuring flawless plates and cost control in a fast-paced, guest-focused venue.

This working chef role requires hands-on leadership on the line during peak service, nights, weekends, and holidays. A ServSafe certification is preferred and a track record of delivering memorable dining experiences is

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in a high-volume food & beverage environment.
• Proven banquet and large-scale catering experience.
• Hands-on line experience during peak service.
• Track record of developing Kitchen Managers and BOH teams.
• Advanced financial acumen including food cost control and labor optimization.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Own all culinary operations and drive food quality, consistency, and BOH performance.
• Work a full cooking schedule five days a week, including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-volume events.
• Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through daily coaching and feedback.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and overall BOH financial performance.
• Partner with Operations on product rollouts, seasonal promotions, and events.
