Lucky Strike Entertainment Corporation in Miami seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a high-volume venue. You will supervise line cooks, mentor Kitchen Managers and BOH staff, and ensure every plate reflects the brand standards during busy events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of culinary leadership in a high-volume food & beverage environment.
• Experience running banquet and large-scale catering operations.
• Active line cook during peak service and coaching of BOH staff.

Responsibilities

• Own all culinary operations and BOH performance across services and events.
• Maintain high food quality, consistency, and labor management.
• Lead Kitchen Managers and BOH teams with daily coaching.
• Collaborate with Operations on new product rollouts and promotions.
