• 5+ years of culinary leadership in a high-volume food and beverage environment.
• Proven experience in large-scale catering and event operations.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain it.

• Own all culinary operations and drive food quality across services.
• Develop Kitchen Managers and BOH teams through coaching.
• Manage food cost, labor, inventory, and BOH financial performance.
