Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group in Charleston, SC is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the kitchen, mentor staff, and craft memorable dining experiences for guests while driving P&L results. You will oversee menu development, quality control, inventory, and collaboration with the GM and Home Office.

Qualifications

5+ years in kitchen management and menu creation.
Hands-on leader who works in the trenches with the team.
Experience collaborating with general managers and leaders in a multi-location company.
Strong understanding of finances, labor, quality control, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Lead kitchen operations, staff development, and guest experiences to meet P&L goals.
Ensure quality control, inventory management, and adherence to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with the GM and Home Office to optimize labor, budgets, and forecasts.
