Ideal candidates have experience running a full-scratch kitchen, crafting seasonal menus, and managing food and labor costs. Background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Full Scratch Kitchen as an Executive Chef or similar.
• Experience crafting seasonally curated menus.
• Ability to manage fixed food, labor, and product costs.
• Ability to lead a kitchen to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner.
• Pass criminal background check and health screenings (including TB).
