Qualifications

• Experience leading a Full Scratch Kitchen as an Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef.
• Proven ability to craft seasonally curated guest-focused menus.
• Strong fixed food and labor cost management and kitchen leadership.
