Job summary

The Ridge Club is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all Kitchen operations, delivering high quality, creative culinary experiences aligned with Invited's standards. You will plan menus, oversee prep, manage procurement, and supervise the kitchen team to maintain safety and profitability.

You will ensure strict health and licensing compliance, collaborate with F&B and events teams, and drive member satisfaction through exceptional dining experiences at the club.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as an Executive Chef with proven leadership
• Proven cost controls and budget adherence experience
• Strong knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations

Responsibilities

• Plan meals and menus based on guest preferences and events.
• Direct overall cooking and maintain quality, portion sizes, and garnishes.
• Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships for kitchen supplies.
• Manage food and labor costs to meet budget targets.
• Schedule and supervise back-of-house payroll and staffing.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train kitchen staff.
