Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef at The Ridge Club in Sandwich, MA to lead all kitchen operations and deliver high-quality, cost-effective culinary experiences that align with Invited’s standards.

The Executive Chef will plan menus, oversee food preparation, manage procurement and inventory, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure a safe, sanitary, and profitable operation. Health and safety compliance, staffing, and collaboration with F&B leadership are essential components.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and ServeSafe permit.
• Minimum 3 years as Executive Chef with kitchen supervision and cost control experience.
• College degree and additional culinary certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan menus and lead kitchen operations to deliver high-quality, cost-effective dining.
• Supervise kitchen staff and payroll, ensuring productivity and sanitation standards.
