Darden Restaurants Inc. is seeking an Executive Chef to lead Ruth's Chris Steak House kitchen operations in Ponte Vedra, Florida. You will oversee menu execution, uphold food safety standards, and mentor a diverse culinary team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume fine dining leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead culinary teams and ensure food safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen daily operations and event planning support.
• Lead, coach and supervise BOH staff; recruit and train as needed.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Manage food cost, inventory, scheduling and profitability of the restaurant.
• Coordinate with front-of-house to ensure guest satisfaction.
