Davidson Hospitality Group seeks an energetic Chef and B to lead the hotel’s kitchen and F&B operations at Memphis RiverLine Hotel. Oversee culinary and service aspects, create exceptional dining experiences, mentor staff, and drive cost controls in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have strong kitchen leadership, menu development skills, and a passion for high-quality hospitality. The role offers growth opportunities within a respected hospitality group and a dynamic downtown Memphis

Formación

• 4 years of previous management experience in a kitchen.
• 5 years minimum cooking experience; college degree or certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and present exquisite dishes with impeccable attention to detail.
• Collaborate with a culinary team to develop innovative menus.
• Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
