Memphis RiverLine Hotel in downtown Memphis is seeking an entry-level Line Cook to join our culinary team. You will assist in food prep, follow recipes, cook and plate items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation in a fast-paced kitchen.

You'll work with experienced chefs, learn new techniques, and contribute to memorable dining experiences for guests while adhering to food safety standards and collaborating with the team on menu execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Culinary arts education or relevant training is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cooking.
• Willingness to learn and take direction from senior chefs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
