River Inn of Harbor Town in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a premier hotel restaurant. You will oversee daily operations, ensure top-tier service and food quality, and partner with hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and revenue.

The role demands hands-on leadership, coaching of a front-of-house team, and a focus on cost controls, scheduling, and vendor relations to sustain performance in a luxury setting.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a General Manager or Assistant General Manager role.
• Experience in upscale casual, fine dining, boutique hotel, or full-service restaurant operations.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop successful teams.
• Strong financial acumen, including labor management, cost controls, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
