Job summary

ISS Facility Services / Guckenheimer is seeking an Executive Chef at our campus facility in Midland, Texas, to oversee all back-of-house operations and support multiple cafes, ensuring client and guest satisfaction and adherence to culinary standards.

You will lead kitchen organization, food safety, menu planning, production records, and training of BOH staff, while collaborating with the General Manager to meet financial goals and ensure top-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Monitor kitchen organization and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment
• Follow workplace safety, food safety, labeling, HACCP policies daily
• Lead culinary training and validation for BOH staff
• Maintain production records pre- and post-service
• Coordinate catering events and ensure high quality, contract-compliant food service
