Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking an Executive Chef to lead back-of-house operations for campus cafes operated by ISS Guckenheimer. You will ensure food safety, menu execution, and high-quality service while supporting the General Manager in financial performance and policy adherence.

The role requires Serv Safe credentials or ability to obtain, a culinary degree, and experience managing a restaurant or corporate dining facility.

Qualifications

• SERV Safe certification required or ability to obtain
• Valid Driver's License and clean MVR check
• Experience in operating a restaurant or corporate dining facility
• Graduate of an accredited culinary institution preferred

Responsibilities

• Create seasonal, regionally inspired menus using NetMenu.
• Ensure menus and recipes are prepared, cooked, and portioned for all meal periods.
• Maintain accurate production records and push high food quality standards.
• Lead culinary training and validation with the Food Excellence/L&D teams.
• Support General Manager with financial targets and standard operating procedures.
