Qualifications

• Culinary School graduate and two years of experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent.
• ACF-Certified Executive Chef certification preferred.
• Food handler’s certification and HACCP knowledge required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-control experience.
• Experience with purchasing and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Standardize recipes and plate presentation for all venues and events.
