Job summary

Amara, a new private golf and social club in Las Vegas, invites an Executive Chef to shape its culinary identity from the ground up. You will define the culinary vision, build menus, and set standards while engaging with discerning members and leadership.

You will lead a hands-on kitchen, develop a high-performing team, and evolve the program as the club grows, balancing creativity with exceptional hospitality and operational feasibility.

Qualifications

• Eight (8) or more years of progressive culinary experience in senior leadership roles, including Executive Chef, within high-touch hospitality.
• Culinary degree, formal apprenticeship, or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and lead sophisticated culinary programs across multiple dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the culinary vision for Amara, ensuring exceptional quality and hospitality.
• Develop menus, establish standards, and build strong relationships with members and leadership.
• Lead, coach, and develop culinary professionals while maintaining a positive kitchen culture.
