- Passion for delivering high-quality food and guest experiences
- Culinary degree or certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee the restaurant kitchen and operations.
- Lead and develop the culinary team to deliver consistent quality.
- Create and execute menus aligned to brand standards.
- Control food costs and budgets to maximize profitability.
