Job summary

Eurest in Lone Tree, CO is seeking an Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure safety standards, and drive high-quality meals for on-site dining. You will plan menus, supervise staff, and uphold company guidelines in a dynamic corporate food service environment.

The role requires hands-on culinary leadership with a focus on quality, sanitation, and cost controls, in a Monday–Friday schedule. Competitive salary and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Experience with high-volume, complex foodservice operations.
• Hands-on chef experience is required.
• Familiarity with food cost controls and presentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan regular and modified menus per established guidelines.
• Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and production worksheets; assess meal quality.
• Train kitchen staff in food prep, safety, and equipment operation.
• Establish and maintain cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• Manage inventory to ensure availability within guidelines.
• Decide on utilization of leftovers within company policy.
