You will oversee food preparation, assist with planning menus, ordering, inventory, and cost controls while ensuring health and safety standards. Five years of culinary experience with a year in management is preferred.

The role offers growth within a national leader in food service, with benefits and opportunities for development across multiple sites.

Formación

• 5 years of related culinary experience including 1 year at the management level.
• Experience in corporate dining, hotels, education, or health care food service.
• Knowledge of food trends, quality, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Able to plan and distribute production sheets.
• Supervisory and coaching skills; ServSafe or DOH certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in coordinating and preparing various food items.
• Help plan and create menus for client sites.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Assist with cost controls and expenditure tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
