Job summary

Cedar Crossing Casino & Entertainment Center is seeking an exceptional Chef to lead Clubhouse by Zach Johnson, Cedar Crossing’s signature dining concept. You will shape menus, oversee daily kitchen operations, and build a talented culinary team known for memorable food and outstanding hospitality.

You’ll drive quality, food safety, and cost management while partnering with property leadership to keep the restaurant fresh, distinctive, and true to the Clubhouse brand for high-volume casino dining

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years culinary experience.
• Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices.
• Serv-Safe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations with focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• Develop and update menus based on seasonality and brand standards.
• Coach and develop kitchen staff, enforce service standards.
• Partner with leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Monitor costs, inventory and vendor relationships to improve profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and regulatory requirements.
