Cedarbrook Country Club in Blue Bell, PA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations and align human resources, marketing, and systems with strategic goals. You will ensure food production meets health and safety guidelines and drive revenue through inventive menu development.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and creativity, with responsibility for supervising up to 25 kitchen staff and delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in kitchen management within a restaurant or food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
• Excellent shift management and leadership of a diverse team.
• Proficiency in food handling techniques and safety regulations.
• Exceptional culinary skills with a creative approach to menu development.

Responsibilities

• Develop menus, recipes, and purchasing specifications.
• Monitor food cost and labor budgets to maximize revenue.

• Plan menus with the food and beverage director for all outlets.
