Job summary

Invited is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at Chantilly National Golf & Country Club in Centreville, VA. The successful candidate will plan diverse menus, manage food procurement, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver high-quality culinary experiences that meet Invited standards.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, maintaining safety and sanitation, and collaborating with F&B and Events teams to ensure profitable, guest-focused dining and smooth operations

Qualifications

3+ years as Executive Chef with leadership and cost controls.
Valid county food handler’s and ServeSafe permit.
Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

Plan meals and create menus based on guest needs and events.
Direct cooking, ensuring quality, portions, and garnishing.
Oversee procurement and inventory management of food and equipment.
Manage food and labor costs within budget.
Schedule and supervise payroll for back-of-house staff.
Engage with members and promote the Club in the community.
