Job summary

The Neighborhood Dining Group seeks an Executive Chef for Marbled & Fin in Charleston, SC. You will lead culinary operations in a modern steakhouse setting, shaping a progressive menu and delivering a best-in-class dining experience with hospitality at its core.

You will mentor a dedicated kitchen team, manage scheduling, inventory, and food quality, and collaborate with the General Manager to align culinary vision with business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen in upscale or fine dining.
• Ability to mentor and develop kitchen staff.
• Strong plating and menu development skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork across BOH/FOH.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary operations with integrity, creativity, and consistency.
• Mentor and coach kitchen staff to maintain high performance.
• Ensure food quality, kitchen systems, and sanitation.
• Train staff and drive accountability and excellence.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, purchasing, and labor.
• Collaborate with GM to achieve business and culinary goals.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and standards across shifts.
• Stay current with trends and evolve seasonal menu.
