FLIK Hospitality Group is seeking an Executive Chef for the AMEX Centurion Lounge at LAS. Lead the culinary program, elevate dining experiences, and manage a high-volume operation in a premium airport lounge environment.

You will oversee menu development, food safety, team leadership, and financial performance while partnering with operations and marketing to drive culinary initiatives. This is a senior leadership role demanding excellence and guest-focused execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of culinary management experience in hospitality, fine dining, hotels, upscale restaurants, or contract foodservice.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Experience in high-volume culinary operations and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Design and execute fresh, elevated menu offerings.
• Oversee inventory management, purchasing, and food cost controls.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.

• Manage all culinary operations, including ordering, receiving, production and execution.
