Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group invites an experienced General Manager to lead the AMEX Centurion Lounge at Las Vegas Airport. You will oversee FOH/BOH operations, ensuring premier service, menu quality, and guest satisfaction in a high-volume, luxury environment.

Build a culture of accountability, coach a diverse team, manage budgets and safety standards, and collaborate with culinary leadership to uphold recipes and HACCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership in upscale hospitality environments
• Forbes Five-Star service experience preferred
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen, including budgets, P&L management, forecasting, and cost controls
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards
• Manager ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire FOH and BOH teams to deliver hospitality daily
• Create a culture centered on service, teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee food and beverage operations with quality and cost controls
• Partner closely with culinary leadership to maintain recipes, presentation, quality, and safety standards
• Build relationships with clients, guests, team members, and partners
• Manage P&L, budgets, forecasts, sales reporting, and cash-handling procedures
• Monitor purchasing, inventory, production, and costs
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and health regulations
• Identify opportunities to elevate service and performance
• Lead special projects and initiatives
