Flik Hospitality Group, a division of Compass Group USA, seeks an Executive Chef for the AMEX Centurion Lounge at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Lead culinary team, craft elevated menus, and oversee day-to-day operations in a high-volume premium lounge.

You will manage food costs, ensure safety, mentor staff, and deliver memorable guest experiences while driving innovation and sustainability in a fast-paced travel environment.

Qualificações

• Three or more years of culinary management experience within fine dining, premium hospitality, restaurants, or contract foodservice.
• Experience leading high-volume culinary production and/or catering operations.
• Strong understanding of food cost controls, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory management.
• Extensive knowledge of culinary trends, quality standards, production, sanitation, and presentation.
• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• Experience with exhibition and batch cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed services is desirable.
• Culinary degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
• Most importantly, a passion for developing people, creating exceptional food, and delivering memorable guest experiences.

• Create an exceptional dining experience that keeps guests at the heart of everything we do
