Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary experience.
• 3+ years in an Executive Sous Chef or similar leadership role.
• Fine dining and luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience leading culinary teams in high-volume environments.
• Knowledge of food trends, menu execution, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary operations with the Executive Chef.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, flavor, and presentation.
• Provide hands-on leadership during service and peak periods.
• Oversee food prep, production, and plating.
• Support menu development and culinary innovation.
• Train and develop a high-performing culinary team.
• Maintain HACCP and workplace safety standards.
