Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join our culinary team at Bristol Glen, a continuing care retirement community located in Newton, New Jersey. The Executive Chef will be accountable for food quality, menu development, sanitation, training, financial performance, and team leadership, ensuring a first-class dining experience for residents, guests, and staff. The role reports to the General Manager and manages a culinary team of approximately 50 employees. The typical schedule is from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with potential variations including alternating weekend coverage.

Minimum Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience: 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
