Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Pennsylvania is seeking an Executive Chef with a passion for from-scratch cooking and chef-inspired menus. You will lead a team to deliver award-winning dining programs, manage costs, and ensure top quality and presentation across all service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of food production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and consistency within budgets.
• Supervise and support food production staff and utility staff where applicable.
• Implement and maintain core menus, recipe management, and back-of-house systems.
• Ensure kitchen equipment and spaces meet sanitation standards and audits.
• Maintain compliance with federal and state food safety regulations.
• Foster relationships with residents through dining room interactions and events.
