Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through a hands-on, lead-by-example management style with a "Do Whatever It Takes" attitude
  • Manage all back-of-house staff in an upscale/fine dining kitchen, including training and development
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted labor and other cost centers through proper planning and execution
  • Oversee weekly and monthly inventories, and food and supplies ordering
  • Maintain sanitation and organization of work areas in compliance with OSHA regulations

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of culinary management experience, including 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale/fine dining setting
  • Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, staff supervision, inventory control, food/labor cost, and product quality
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills
  • Stable work history with a strong work ethic

Pay Range: USD $75,000 - $85,000 per year.
