We’re a chef-driven brewpub known for bold beers, scratch-made food, and a creative, collaborative culture. Our kitchen is the heart of the guest experience, and we’re looking for an Executive Chef who can lead with passion, precision, and vision.

The Role:

As Executive Chef, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations—including menu development, staff leadership, food quality, inventory management, and health/safety compliance. You’ll work closely with ownership and front-of-house leadership to create a consistently excellent guest experience that reflects our values and culinary identity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, train, and inspire a team of line cooks and kitchen staff
  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Develop and execute creative, seasonal menus in collaboration with ownership
  • Manage kitchen operations, food and labor costs, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
  • Foster a positive and professional kitchen culture

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or high-level Sous Chef in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of cost controls and kitchen systems
  • Passion for creative, elevated pub fare and local sourcing
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
  • Craft beer knowledge a plus, but not required
