Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to oversee our culinary team at UC Health Medical Center- West Chester in West Chester, Ohio. What You'll Do

The Executive Chef will oversee the culinary operations and support frontline staff for patient meals and retail operations. This is a high impact position responsible for enhancing patient satisfaction and retail dining experience through culinary creativity, food presentation, and leadership.

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations;
  2. Deliver high-quality food service;
  3. Achieve financial targets and goals;
  4. Develop and maintain client and customer relationships;
  5. Develop strategic plans;
  6. Create a positive environment; and
  7. Ensure Sodexo Standards are met.
