Job summary

The Henry is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in a high-volume, guest-focused environment in Nashville. This role requires a strong command of kitchen operations, financials, and staff leadership to drive exceptional dining experiences.

We offer a competitive compensation package with a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per year, plus a 25% bonus potential. Immediate availability and opportunities for growth within Fox Restaurant Concepts are included.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials.
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems).
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.
