Job summary

The Henry, part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, seeks an Executive Chef in Carlsbad, CA, to lead high-volume operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will manage shifts, mentor a culinary team, and ensure quality while leveraging POS systems and OpenTable for optimal service.

• 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Understand business operations and financials.
• Manage shifts including scheduling and planning.

• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of ingredients.
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team.

$95,000 - $120,000 / year + 25% bonus opportunity

• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
• Drive continuous improvement
