Job summary

The Henry in Denver is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our high-energy kitchen team. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure top quality through skilled management of shifts, scheduling, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of high-volume restaurant leadership, strong operations understanding, and a passion for exceptional dining experiences. This role is full-time and on-site, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Demonstrate understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience managing shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Strong leadership and guest-service focus.

What you'll do:

• Must have 5+years high-volume restaurant management experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectationsUnderstand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
