Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-volume restaurant operations.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily planning to ensure smooth service.
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations.
• Assure product quality, consistency, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Coach, motivate, and develop restaurant team members.
• Understand flavors, aromas, and ingredients to guide menu execution.
• Coordinate with POS and reservation systems to optimize guest flow.
