Job Summary

Job Summary:

As an Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary functions for a dining account, manage and lead a team, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing cost controls and expenditures
  • Planning and creating menus
  • Purchasing and managing inventory
  • Implementing new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Culinary degree preferred
  • Three to five years of culinary management experience
  • High-volume production and catering experience
  • Experience managing cost controls
  • Desire to grow with a top foodservice company
