Executive Chef

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Executive Chef, you will ensure all food items meet culinary standards, providing residents with an exceptional dining experience while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. You will also work to improve satisfaction among residents, employees, and clients, while achieving company goals related to budget, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation. Additionally, you will lead the culinary team in daily operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale kitchen (preferred)
• Experience in dietary management within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (required)
• Three or more years in a managerial kitchen role (preferred)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
