Executive Chef

Are you an Executive Chef seeking an exciting career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for passionate culinary professionals to join our team. If you are dedicated and compassionate, we want to hear from you!

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Executive Chef, your responsibilities include ensuring all food items meet culinary standards, providing residents with an exceptional dining experience, maintaining portion control, and minimizing waste. You will also work to improve satisfaction among residents, employees, and clients, while achieving company goals related to budget, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation. Leading the culinary team in daily operations is a key part of your role.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, energetic, and fun personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale operation (preferred)
• Dietary experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting (required)
• Three or more years in a kitchen managerial role (highly preferred)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
