Executive Chef

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Executive Chef, you will ensure all food items meet culinary standards, providing residents with an exceptional dining experience while maintaining portion control and minimizing waste. You will work to improve satisfaction among residents, employees, and clients, while managing budget, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation standards. You will also lead the culinary team in daily operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale kitchen (preferred)
• Experience in dietary management within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (required)
• At least three years in a managerial kitchen role (highly preferred)
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
