Executive Chef

Are you an Executive Chef seeking an exciting new career opportunity? Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is looking for passionate culinary professionals to join our team. If you are dedicated and compassionate, we want you!

What Will You Do in This Role?

As an Executive Chef, you will ensure all food items meet culinary standards and provide residents with an exceptional dining experience. You will manage portion control, minimize waste, and work to improve resident, employee, and client satisfaction. You will also oversee the delivery of company objectives such as budget management, food and labor costs, food safety, and sanitation standards. Additionally, you will lead the culinary team in daily operations.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of experience as a chef in a large-scale operation (preferred)
• Experience in dietary services within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings (required)
• Three or more years in a managerial kitchen role (highly preferred)
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
