Job summary

Qualifications

• Five+ years in business management or related field.
• Three+ years of demonstrated people leadership experience.
• Experience supporting senior executives in a large organization.
• Strong executive presence and business acumen.
• Ability to connect priorities across an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Band 4/5 FLU Business Managers with coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Unite Business Managers as a connected team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement.
• Coach across ETS to align priorities, dependencies, and cross-team opportunities.
• Partner with executives to understand needs, set priorities, and translate strategy into actions and deliverables.
• Lead ETS Executive and SLT routines, including meetings, engagements, site visits, reviews and communications.
